Beside engineering services and independent consulting, DYNESYS SA offers a framework for the evaluation of specific quality objectives and security targets, especially for processes, products, and services where communications play a major role. Based on this framework, DYNESYS SA defines in close co-operation with its partners and customers an aligned process for the evaluation. Compared to existing ITSEC or CC evaluations, our framework, focusing to the specific needs of organizations and their processes, can deliver results earlier, more flexibly, and at reduced costs.
The framework is based on the fact, that not all the features associated with formal product (or process) evaluations are always necessary to meet the quality and security assurance requirements of end-users.
The basement of the framework is a set of standardized security and quality assurance criteria, derived from ITSEC, ISO 28000, Common Criteria Ver.2.1 and Open-Source Security Testing Methodology criteria sets. Systems can also be evaluated using a mixture of formulae so that one part could be fully compliant with ISO 28000 or ITSEC criteria, other areas done against a national standard level (for example as required by CESG (UK) oder BSI (DE)), and a component product against custom targets.
Full evaluations, requiring certification according to ISO Standards, are conducted by our international partners.
